• The company did not call us before the move as advertised however, we were able to contact them. The movers arrived exactly on time and did a great job moving my daughter’s items. They were super nice and professional, and we greatly appreciate their help!

• My experience was not good. I paid for 2 helpers loading and unloading services, but only got loading services. Once they loaded up my furniture and refused to continue the service they were paid for. I had the help of my parents both in their 70s and my son assisted. The movers knew the time frame they had but didn't manage it well. When asked to give us the made up time that they took away they refused. My mother spoke with the manager and they made it seem like they were going to finish the job. We got to the location and a few minutes they left once the truck arrived. I called the manager and he sounded like he was sorry and tried to offer me new movers for another fee. I felt like why charge me for something I didn't get in the beginning. My mom suggested that we call my apartment office to see if they had some movers they could recommend and they did. I had to pay for a another moving company for the next day. Money I didn't have to give but the job got done without a problem.

  We apologise for the misunderstanding, but this is not the case. That team of movers were given 2 hours to load and unload, and directed to fully load the truck. When asked to unload (for free) they politely declined. As a courtesy, we still gave you a refund..
